Fees: A return fee of 25 will be charged for all return requests.
Original Packaging: The original fragrance box must be available for the product to be returned. Returns will not be accepted if only the bottle is returned without the box.
International Orders: Orders from outside Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries are non-returnable.
Refund Process: The refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase, within a period of 7 to 21 business days.
Return Refusal: The company reserves the right to refuse return requests for the Golden Guarantee if it is found that the customer is misusing the warranty or if there is a repeated pattern of return requests.
Tamara and Tabby Orders: If payment was made through Tamara or Tabby services, the refund will be processed via the same payment method.
Return Duration: Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date the order is received.
Damaged or Defective Products: If a damaged or defective product is received, it can be exchanged immediately.
Incorrect Product: If the customer receives a product different from the one they ordered, it can be exchanged.
Missing or Lost Items: In case of missing or lost products from the received order, the missing item can be exchanged.
Multi-Fragrance Offers: Offers that contain more than one fragrance cannot be partially returned. The entire offer must be returned.
Samples Sent: Samples are sent to customers along with the Golden Guarantee. The customer must only smell the sample without opening the fragrance box. If the box is opened, the guarantee will be voided.
