#### Introduction to the User Agreement
Our electronic store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects arising from your use of the store's services via the World Wide Web through this electronic platform. Any person's use of the store—whether as a consumer of a service or product or otherwise—constitutes acceptance and agreement from them, provided they have full legal capacity as recognized by Sharia, regulations, and law, to all articles and provisions of this agreement. This confirms your commitment to its systems and what is mentioned therein. This agreement applies to all types of dealings between the consumer and the store. This agreement becomes effective and enforceable upon your acceptance and commencement of registration with the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.
#### Article One - Introduction and Definitions
The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the indications and definitions for the main phrases used in this agreement:
1- **(The Store)**: This definition includes all forms of the store on the World Wide Web, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical commercial location.
2- **(The Consumer)**: The person who engages in electronic commerce to obtain products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3- **(The Agreement)**: This refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
#### Article Two - Legal Capacity of the Consumer
1- The consumer affirms that they have legal capacity recognized by Sharia and regulations to deal with the store, or that their age is not less than eighteen years.
2- The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they bear the consequences of such violation towards third parties.
#### Article Three - Nature of the Store's Obligation
1- The store's obligation towards consumers is to provide (the service or product), which includes long-lasting body and hair perfume sprays, free scent samples, and the Golden Guarantee for returns.
2- The store may provide other services such as after-sales support, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) requested by the consumer.
#### Article Four - Usage Controls
1- The consumer commits to using the store's electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer commits not to use it in a manner contrary to public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
#### Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations
Upon applying to join membership in this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and secret password for accessing the store's services. Thereby, you agree to:
1- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and agree to immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your confidential information.
2- The store shall not be liable in any way for any loss that may directly or indirectly, morally or materially, affect you as a result of disclosing username or login password information.
3- You commit to using your account or membership with the store personally, as you are fully responsible for it. If others use it, this is evidence that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
4- You commit to using the store with all seriousness and credibility.
5- You commit to disclosing true, correct, up-to-date, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and to update your data if it changes in reality or if needed.
6- Our store commits to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7- If it appears to the store that you have disclosed untrue, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal information, or information contrary to the user agreement, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, and account on the platform, without prejudice to the store's other rights and legitimate means to recover its rights and protect other consumers.
8- In case of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store, membership, or block your access to the store's services again.
#### Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Communication Means
1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication occurs via the email registered on the platform.
2- The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, data, and other communications provided electronically serve as their written counterparts and are standalone evidence in meeting regulatory and Sharia needs.
3- The consumer agrees to the possibility of contacting them and notifying them of any provisions related to this agreement or their dealings through the store management broadcasting general messages to all consumers or specific store users.
#### Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees
1- If any article or clause in this agreement is canceled or any article or clause is no longer enforceable, this does not invalidate the remaining articles, clauses, rules, and provisions in this agreement, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
2- This agreement—which is amended from time to time as circumstances require—constitutes the mechanism of work, understanding, agreement between (the consumer) and (the store).
3- The store may impose fees on some consumers depending on offers, products, or services requested, or fees/taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service. Prices are in Saudi Riyals, inclusive of VAT.
4- The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, clauses, and provisions of the user agreement, on any consumers regardless of their registration reason.
#### Article Eight - Payment and Settlement Services
1- The store provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system that can be completed fully online via available payment options or any payment method provided by the store from time to time (e.g., credit cards, Apple Pay).
2- The store commits to determining the price of the service or product displayed in its store according to the recognized market value.
3- The store commits to providing invoices, receipt vouchers, and delivery receipts for all amounts and profits arising in its store, and to give the consumer a purchase invoice for the service or product.
4- The store commits to providing recognized accounting specifications in its electronic store, in application of this agreement's provisions, for legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests.
#### Article Nine - Intellectual Property
1- The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether owned before establishing this electronic platform or after.
2- The consumer respects the store's intellectual property rights, including the store name, words, logos, and other symbols displayed on it. All rights under the store's name are fully owned intellectual property of the store.
#### Article Ten - Store's Responsibility
1- The store commits to conducting its commercial business through this electronic platform in an organized manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and this agreement's provisions.
2- The store bears no claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly, indirectly, incidentally by the consumer, or by a third party such as shipping companies. Delivery: 1-3 days in Riyadh, 3-5 days elsewhere; delays due to external factors are not our liability.
3- Aura Scent Store, its affiliates, owners, and representatives commit that (the product or service) is sound, legitimate, authorized under Saudi laws and regulations, and used for legitimate purposes.
#### Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership
The store may suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict access to the platform's services at any time without notice, for any reason, and without specification.
#### Article Twelve - Applicable Law or System
This user agreement is governed and formulated according to the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, fully subject to the regulations of the authorities in the Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in Riyadh courts.
#### Article Thirteen - General Provisions
If any article or clause in this user agreement is canceled or no longer enforceable, this does not invalidate the remaining articles, clauses, and provisions, which remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
This user agreement—which may be amended from time to time as circumstances require—constitutes the user agreement, mechanism of work, understanding, agreement, and contracting between the store and the consumer. Both parties agree to consider the following:
1- Arabic is the language used for interpreting this agreement's provisions or translating it to another language. This English version is for reference only.
2- All prices displayed for store services or products may be modified from time to time.
3- Promotional or marketing offers placed by the store are temporary; the store has the right to modify or stop them at any time (e.g., "bf" code for free shipping).
4- The parties commit to dealing with each other without violating Sharia rules, regulations, and laws related to the nature of dealings between the store and consumer.
5- This user agreement is not canceled except by a decision issued by the store management.
**Returns & Refunds (Integrated):** 14 days for unused products in original packaging (Golden Guarantee). Full refund within 7 business days for eligible returns. Samples and personalized items non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Shipping non-refundable unless our error.
